Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By registering an account, logging in, or placing any bet on xx789, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part, please close your account and stop using the platform.

These terms form a binding agreement between you and xx789. They apply to every game, promotion, payment, and support interaction on this site. Additional terms for specific promotions or tournaments are published on the relevant promotion page and are read alongside these rules.

2. Eligibility & Account Rules

You must meet all of the following conditions to open and keep an account on xx789:

• You are at least 18 years old. We may ask for proof of age at any time.
• You are not on any self-exclusion list and have not been asked to close your account by xx789.
• You are registering for yourself, not on behalf of another person.
• The information you provide during registration is accurate and up to date.

One account per person

Each player may hold only one active account. If we detect duplicate accounts linked to the same person, device, IP address, or payment method, all duplicate accounts may be closed and balances frozen pending investigation. Opening a second account to claim a welcome bonus again is not permitted.

Account security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials private. If you believe your account has been accessed by someone else, contact our 24/7 Live Chat immediately. xx789 is not liable for losses that result from you sharing your password.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on xx789 are processed in BDT (৳). The key figures that apply to your account are listed below.

Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and Bank Transfer. We do not accept third-party payments — the account name on your mobile wallet or bank must match your xx789 account name.

Withdrawals go back to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless you request a change through Live Chat and pass additional verification. The first-time withdrawal is typically reviewed within 1 hour once KYC documents are verified.

4. Bonus & Promotion Rules

Bonuses are credited to your account after a qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus on xx789 is 220% on your first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳13,500.

Wagering requirement

All bonus funds carry a 25× wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount multiplied by 25 must be turned over in real-money bets before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. For example: a ৳500 bonus requires ৳12,500 in qualifying bets before withdrawal is unlocked.

Reload & cashback

Reload bonuses of 17% are available on selected subsequent deposits. Daily cashback of 1.1% is applied automatically to net losses from the previous day. Cashback amounts are credited without wagering requirements unless stated otherwise on the promotion page.

Referral bonus

When a friend registers using your referral link and completes their first qualifying deposit, you receive ৳450 credited to your account. The referred player must be a new, verified user.

General bonus conditions

• Bonuses expire after 7 days if the wagering requirement is not met.
• Only one welcome bonus per household, device, or IP address.
• xx789 reserves the right to cancel any bonus if fraudulent activity is detected.
• Bets placed with bonus funds that are voided, cancelled, or drawn do not count toward wagering.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering; check each promotion page for game weightings.

5. Game Play & Fair Use

xx789 offers over 4,600 games from providers including FA Chai, JILI, Habanero, PG Soft, and KA Gaming. Each game's rules, minimum bet, maximum bet, and RTP are displayed within the game lobby or on the game information screen.

Game results are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or, in the case of live casino games, by physical equipment operated by trained dealers. xx789 does not influence game outcomes.

If a game disconnects mid-round, the round is settled according to the last confirmed game state recorded by our server. If the result cannot be determined, the bet is voided and your stake is returned. Contact Live Chat if a round result is missing from your history.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly not allowed on xx789. Violations may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:

• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs or glitches for financial gain — report any bug to Live Chat immediately.
• Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes (collusion).
• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once (bonus abuse).
• Using stolen, borrowed, or fraudulently obtained payment methods.
• Attempting to launder money or use xx789 for any illegal financial activity.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing support staff or other players.

7. Identity Verification

xx789 requires identity verification before processing your first withdrawal. This is mandatory — not optional. The process is straightforward and typically takes under 6 hours once documents are submitted.

Accepted documents

• National ID Card (NID)
• Passport
• Driving Licence

Upload a clear photo or scan showing your full name, date of birth, and document number. All four corners must be visible. Edited, cropped, or blurred images will be rejected.

We may also request a selfie holding the document, or a recent utility bill as proof of address, if our compliance team has reason to do so. We will notify you through Live Chat if additional documents are needed.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

Voluntary closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting 24/7 Live Chat. Any remaining real-money balance above ৳1,000 will be refunded to your verified payment method within a reasonable time, subject to pending wagering requirements being settled first.

Suspension by xx789

We may suspend or permanently close an account if we have evidence of prohibited conduct, fraud, identity misrepresentation, or if required to do so by a legal or compliance obligation. In cases of confirmed fraud, balances may be forfeited. We will inform you of the decision via Live Chat.

Self-exclusion

If you feel your gambling is becoming a problem, use our self-exclusion tool on the Responsible Gaming page. Self-exclusion is effective immediately and lasts a minimum of 6 months. During this period, your account cannot be reopened.

9. Limitation of Liability

xx789 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access; scheduled maintenance or technical issues may cause temporary downtime. We will announce planned maintenance in advance via the site banner.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, xx789 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to connectivity issues on your end, delays caused by third-party payment processors, or errors in game software that are outside our control.

Our total liability to you for any single incident is capped at the value of bets placed in the 24 hours preceding that incident.

10. Changes to These Terms

xx789 may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will post a notice on the homepage and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after a change is published constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

If you disagree with an update, you may close your account before the new terms take effect. We will honour pending withdrawals under the previous terms if closure is requested within 7 days of the change notice.

11. Support & Disputes

For any question about these terms, your account, or a specific transaction, contact xx789 through 24/7 Live Chat — the chat icon is available on every page when you are logged in.

If you believe a game result or transaction was processed incorrectly, report it within 30 days of the event. Provide the game name, round ID, date, and a brief description. Our team will review the server logs and respond within 48 hours. Disputes older than 30 days cannot be investigated.
